After purchasing my first steel tank HP 100 3442 psi (236 bar) yoke, as I was glancing through the user manual of scuba pro S600 mk25, I just read that this yoke regulator can support 230 bar max...

I can't use my S600/mk25 with this tank?

This will probably be fine, especially since you will almost never actually get that tank filled to 3442. Also I'm sure the provide for a wide margin of error, and a few psi won't make a difference.

The problem won't be the pressure, it'll be the physical size of the valve. The SP yoke may not fit on the valve. Just have to try it & see.

Oh, if it does fit be sure to keep some spare O rings stashed in your gear bag. At that pressure you may find you're replacing them more often. A friend of mine does.

Yes, it will work fine.

I don't know why people have a hard time getting their tanks filled to full pressure. I routinely get 3500+ fills in doubles.

Not all compressors can pump to that pressure. You and I are lucky I guess. My LDS will go to 3900 on a hot fill.

Where do you get them filled?

Why not just convert your MK25 over to din and get a din valve for it.. I bought my adapter for my Apeks XTX-200 for $50 and the valve was $20 from ebay.. Then you dont need to worry about it..

It is funny to read your post. I thought you have traveled quite often here and there.

Every place has a different policy and rule under their roof.
