Had a issue with the S560 on a trip last week. Question, As I don't really know how old the unit is, Service/rebuild or Replace? Thanks for thoughts and suggestions.

That's fine reg set, MK25 is still their top piston 1st stage. Could replace the 2nd stage depending on the issue, but without more details my first recommendation is service. Take it to your LDS and get their thoughts on the issue/service options. Unless the issue is something crazy no reason this setup couldn't last you years.

A small leak through the second stage, couldn’t get it to stop so rented a set up to be safe. Thinking just a service as well.

S560 is a great reg!
Very underrated. As @lexvil just pointed out, it was their next baby step along the way to developing the current S620Ti.

A little leak?
Just needs a retune, or maybe a service with new LP seat if it's been awhile.

You couldn't stop it with turning the adjustment knob?

It is service anyways. No need to get concerned.

Actually yes it did slow it down considerably, though at depth, it got real difficult to breath.

It’s likely a service will take care of it but there is a chance that the first stage is acting up, do you have an IP gauge?
