Is there any difference in sizing marking between the older Scubapro Jetfins (without lightning bolt) and the newer ones?

Also how do they differ in terms of performance?
 
Yes, and yes. The Lightning Jet Fins have a larger and roomier foot pocket. The Lightning Jet Fins are made of a different rubber compound which ages beautifully, while the older Jet Fins tend to get stiff with age.
