hi all,

i have scubapro jetfin with factory installed heel spring strap

i mainly do shore diving and need to put on fins quickly.

sometimes i find it hard to put on without that "finger hole" i used to have for my other fins

XS is selling spring strap with that hole but with my 7mm gloves i would want a bigger hole.

i can make braided rope or something but i don't know how to attach or glue to the spring part. i don't want to sew it.

any idea or recoomendation?

thanks.

thanks, i never thought about that, hope the hole in sheath will not rip.

Take a lighter to the edges of the hole or use a soldering iron to make the hole and it won't rip.

I put a stainless steel ring on the straps that is large enough to fit a finger. When we swapped to spring straps, we just moved the ring over to the spring.
