I researched the Hydros Pro when I was making a purchase decision (yes I ended up buying it) and I believe that I saw a video where they mentioned that the straps on the female version were a bit narrower. Lift is different for some sizes as well.

So my Men's Large Hydros-X has sold. I also have a Women's XS-S Hydros-X w/Air2 available. It is also in like new condition. Same price, first $650 takes it. Thanks.
