It may be the same size, but, supposedly, the straps for the women's version are shaped a little differently.

That’s the way I understand it too; I am looking to buy a men’s medium and a woman’s medium both with Air2’s myself.

Are you looking for new or used? I can’t imagine there’s many used ones out there yet. Hubs and I are leaning towards Hydros also.
