Greetnigs,

I have a Sp Everdry* drysuit but one arm & neck seal have stretched and leak. started at about the 40th dive.
I'm now installing Latex seals. this should do the trick (I hope). And make it easier to put on & off.
I would like to hear how others have solved this issue, what they did and how it worked?
Pacific Wilderness in San Pedro is doing the work. Should be completed buy next weekends dive trip.

Good Divin,

I’ve been diving mine for two years without that issue. I have put small tears in the neoprene seals at the wrists but they are easily repaired with seal cement.

If your having latex seals put on I would recommend getting a seal system that you can replace them yourself if one tears. The seal systems are also nice if you want to use dry gloves.

One other thing is make sure you don’t have a latex allergy, I found out I have one two weeks ago and my skin is still healing from it. You can develop the allergy as well just from exposure, another reason a user replaceable system is nice, you can switch to silicone should you develop an allergy.
