A few are coming early and a few of us are staying longer at the resort that I know of so far.

Well said Dubi, the social aspect of an Invasion is something you cannot understand until you attend this event.
This is one of the many reasons crew members return year after year IMO.

What is the process from getting there at the airport to the resort? Or does Bay book everything (flights and trip)?

The resort will pickup and return all crew members at the airport .... that is included in the package
Bay Adventures can book the package and also help with airfare if needed.
The airport code for Roatan is RTB.

Hope you make the event, reading about it will just not be the same.

These Invasions have kind of spoiled dive trips for me. They just aren't as much fun when we go on our own!
