I wish the dolphins were not captive.

If you watch the video you will see the dolphins follow the boat into open water for the scuba encounter. There is no Pen.
Also the pens are to keep other animals out, not to keep the Dolphins in.
They can easily jump over the pen railing.

I believe they choose to be there or some may have been born there.
