Scuba Santa once again entertained and created smiles yesterday outside the Diveheart Outreach Center at 5147 Main Street in downtown Downers Grove. Scuba Santa's next appearance will be this Saturday December 17th from noon to 3pm. And YES, the Balloon Making Elf will be making FREE balloon creations for kids of All Ages. Hope to see you there.
