His Scuba Doo album is good and has some funny songs on it about scubadiving.
 
I use a lot of guitar instrumentals. Some steel drum music works well. Then there is "Underwater" by the Frogmen.
 
If you like calm classical, there's a 30 minute mp3 of Pachelbels Canon in D Minor complate with ocean waves in the background...very peacfull.
 
I've seen some underwater videos that use Moby's music. Sounds really nice.
 
Anything but Bob Marley. If I am subjected to any more of my friends' Marley-themed dive videos, I'm going to scream!
