I've been diving for about 12 years now and still can't get enough. I am fortunate enough to live in a divers heaven. Not so much lately with all the storms. I'm looking forward to joining this site and potentially finding some new friends and possibly some good dive sites.

About 12 years here also. Totally hooked on diving. Here in SC they allow us to take a goody bag diving and take home shells and such, as long as there is no life in them, They do not allow taking taking coral, dead or alive. They require you to send anything of historical significance to the appropriate SC state department for evaluation. If they don't see any significant value they send it back. What are the "rules" there in Florida in regards to this?

Just wanted to say "welcome". Although, I have just been "welcomed" myself. I am new to the forum as well as the Dive Community. We will be taking the OW Dive Course, begining in October!!!
I live here in Palm Bay, I work in Melbourne and I grew up in Satellite Beach. I have been here for about 20 years now. So where do you dive at most. I assume after 12 years, you have figured out the best spots to dive that are close by. Any suggestions?
