Scuba Diving Palau

I am planning on diving Palau in March while doing some vacation in the Phillipines. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good dive center, hotel and dive sites in Palau. We are also looking at doing some deep sea fishing on our off days. I have read some good reviews from Fish 'n Fins and Sams. Reports say the best fishing for marlin is in March. I appreciate any recommendations. Thanks
