Scuba diving in Uruguay, any good in january or february ?

Hi y'all, I am flying to Buenos Aires early january to visit Argentina and also intend to go for a visit to Uruguay, my question is, is there good diving in Uruguay or .... not ? I've done the Galapagos, Maldives, Indonesia, Philippines etc ..... just to name a few. So the main question is, should I expect some real good action UW ... or not ?
Of what I understood in one of my other post Argentina doesn't have not so exciting diving and water is rather .... cold. So where would u recommend me to go diving, more north ?

Just today I had an amazing dive at Isla de Lobos right off Punta del Este. Around 30 sea lions dance around you and investigate your presence with sniffing and tugging on your fins. They are so cute and inquisitive! It’s an ethereal, once in a lifetime experience. The local dive center Scuba Dive Uruguay are total pros and super nice people, they help us set it up. Scubadivers Uruguay - Escuela/Operadora de Buceo.
