scuba dive float marker (ideal for instructors)

I have a scuba float marker for sale. It includes the inner tube (I think it is a size 15 car inner tube inside). It is ideal for scuba instruction. It has a d-ring on the bottom to attach a line and has four handles around the sides. It also has a zipper in the top to hold extra gear. The bottom is mesh to allow the water to drain out. It was given as a gift, but never used, never wet.
