Based on the thread Solo diver seeks info on Cooper River March 28 or 29 we are trying to put together a SCUBA Board trip to the Cooper River (South Carolina) for 29-30 MAR 2008.

The trip will be chartered through Cooper River Dive Charters (Captain John). The cost for the trip is $85 per person per day for two tanks ($10 extra if the group chooses to do a third tank) per day. This assumes you bring all your own gear (including tanks.) There is hard weight on the boat and gear for rent if you need it.

We currently have one firm commitment, need three more to make the boat run and have room for five more (first come first serve):

1. likelite
2. OPEN
3. OPEN
4. OPEN
5. OPEN
6. OPEN

PM me (pheraghty) or email me at patrick@wishyouwereherediving.com with questions or to reserve your spot. Once we have a trip the charter will send you a paypal request for your deposit ($85 each).

It looks like this trip is a no go. When asked for commitments everyone except for likelite was non responsive or couldn't make it. Sorry this one didn’t make it. I think that it would be good to get together off list and splash together some time.

I have a trip running on the Cooper 14-15 JUN 08. If anyone is interested PM me or email me at patrick@wishyouwereherediving.com.

Good luck to everyone on hitting the Cooper this season.

One weekend too soon! I'll be in town for the bridge run the next weekend. Wouldn't have worked out anyway since I'm running one morning and the next I'm flying out.
