If it was still available, how many would you want to buy? (Just kidding, but that's the kind of answer my sales manager usually gives me!)
The Ranger Jr was not in the price list for 2005.
It was a totally different BC than the Ranger. It was bladderless and designed for kids sizes only, and to be used only on single tanks.
The Escape is presently available in xs sizes. Their may be something new available in this area for 2006.
