I'm prone to sea sickness so I tried Scopace recently and it worked! We had 3'-4' seas. The boat was about 35' in length so it did quite a bit of rocking and rolling when stopped at the dive site or moving slowly. Normally I would have been puking over the side, but I felt great! I know sea sickness having spent many moons in the Navy. I felt no side effects from Scopace, either.

You can read more about Scopace here at scubaboard in the diving medicine section. I learned about it here and decided to give it a try.

Oh, I also swallowed a few ginger tablets an hour or two before boarding the boat. Many believe that ginger alleviates "mal du mer".

Maybe the combo of Scopace and ginger did the trick.

Good luck!
