No, you're wrong. If you have already post your video on youtube you can use save time using youtube import.

But you can use the classic upload method, example : Cozumel Mexico - ScoobiTube.com
After you can use the scoobitube embedded player to share your video on your blog (for example).
Try it ! it's a real complete video web site.
