i went on a scallop dive out on cape ann divers last week we did very well i'ld like to book another charter any hearty souls out there interested?

I'm going out for some with my father and his buddy on 11/15 with CAD. I haven't went for scallops in a few years so I'm pretty excited. I've been re-doing alot of aspects of my rig lately, but, hopefully everything will be straightened out by then and I won't look too silly.

All I can say is," I'm very jealous!"
Have fun too.

Thanks Natasha, I'll probably bring the digital cam along and throw up some pics on SB, unless we get skunked :)

BTW, don't be too jealous - the water here is in the low 50s and murkey :(

I'd love to see the pictures. I'll stay tuned.

By "low 50s," I think he means "high 40s." :)

I did two dives this weekend off of Hingham with 4 ft of vis and 48-50 degrees down to 50 feet.

Did the Pawling this weekend, 1st time diving up there. Good dive but the viz wasn't great but good enuf. Yea, the water was cold, my BT read 46 (but my friends read 50.)

Soggy - Yup the Chester Poling!! It was a great dive. Had about 15 ft viz. which is better than 4ft! Im told that sometimes the water is clear enought to see one end to the other and there is alot more fishlife earlier in the season?

Did you happen to find a bolt-snap with some #18 yellow line tied around one of the pipes? :D We had to upline out of there a few weeks back because we got swallowed by a cloud of 0 vis and couldn't make our way back to the mooring.
