These babes were in a small hiding place between two rocks & coral near the Tugboat. I could not easily get on the bottom and position myself to take the photos, so I held the camera below me and was fortunate that several shots came out fairly well:

It is always a treat to see one juvenille drumfish but to capture two in several photographs is awsome!

Yes, that second one is a lucky, lovely shot!

Very nice

Thanks, yes, I was very fortunate to notice the pair of juvenile spotted drums in their hiding place as we were on our way into shore from around an hour and half dive. As I mentioned, I was not able to position myself and the camera very easily, so I aimed the camera the best I could, holding it below me into the opening in the coral and took 5 shots as they did their dance.

dogenia,

I took some of the shots of the sweepers and other fish inside the tug from several of the openings on the top level. You can see some of this fish through the openings even at this distance:

And then I swam partway into this opening on the bottom, to the left of the ladder, where I took the other inside shots. My dive buddy assisted me in backing out. I would not recommend trying this without assistance:

The Tugboat and nearby pier are a great dive. I've read instances in which quite a few snorkelers occasionally visit the site and i could imagine it becoming congested. Fortunately, there are enough places to see that it would still be a good dive:

Very nice, thanks for sharing.

Alashas,

Again, thank you for the wonderful pictures. I hope to be able to take such beautiful pictures one day. My entire open water diving experience was with the Dive Bus crew, I can't say enough great things about them. My diving was at their house reef and at the tugboat with Dogenia. I can't make the time to get back there for a while, but your pictures help me keep the juices flowing. Many thanks!
