Well looks like the only spot with a big area of open water is Brewers Mills so if anyone is interested in going let me know... So far there are 3 interested

I'm in for sure :-) If anyone needs a lift I can spare one more in the car. I'm %90 sure Airmiser is in (I'll ask him about room in his car) and I just got a note from Undermicheal about doing brewers mills this saturday so I think it's safe to say he's in.

For site information see here.

Your average depth is about 10 feet, if you want to scooter that have fun. I'll be there with my camera.
if you go up closer to the wier apparently you can get 20 feet.

There is another dive site closer by but it is more advanced. it is Lower Brewers Mills. you jump in just downstream from the waterfall. warning there is high current in this area. I have not done it. I hear if you have 2 vehicles you can do quite a drift.

I am going to drive along the real river this weekend and report back with photos of various shore dive sites. and then it's back in the pool for me.

Yeah but i also had 10ft of snow in my front yard now its grass

I might drive to a few spots this weekend and see what it looks like

Is the gate at Ivea Lea locked in the winter
