I'm in as long as long as the rain holds off. Although I have gotten over my childhood fear of melting in the rain, I'd imagine Escondido isn't a good rainy day spot.

Last report I saw had it raining all weekend long, which is a bummer (but I guess we need the rain).

THINK POSITIVE! If you talk about rain it will rain so stop talking about rain and just show up to dive!

Maybe I'm overthinking here, but since there isn't any good football on Saturday, I otherwise won't know what to do with my day. What about having an alternate spot that is divable in rainy conditions (e.g., Deer Creek again) to use if it does rain, and then sticking with Escondido if it doesn't? Rain doesn't bother me; hepatitis-infested Malibu run-off does.
