Saronde island is a relative new resort, founded by Anke, who was the owner of Blue Bay diver on Bangka island for 25 years.
The new one shows in every detail the great knowledge about the needs of diving guest.
From the spacy well equiped dive boats, over the dive mangement to the luxary Bungalows with a backdoor thru the big open bathroom to the 12 ! sockets for your electronic equipment.
Even an own litte Hut for rinsing and drying your dive gear is in every backyard.
All this with the stylish restaurant and great Buffet makes the price very reasonable.
Diving in small groups 2 to 1 ,with good briefing.
Not much of Wall or big reefs, moore bommie,Sand and Slope with a lot of small stuff.
A good contrast to Una Una and Buka Buka.
Black water diving is offerd. For me the first but definatly not the last time!
The sandy beach offers good swimming possibility and the snorkling at the house reef was not as spectacular as in Buka Buka, but still interesting.
Here some picture

Thanks for sharing this tip. It’s nice they offer black water dives. This is a great experience. I also see they offer a lob too. Do you have any info on it? Lastly, is the website for the resort? Home

The KLM Sunshine is a relative small and not too luxary liveaboard . I have not been on it, but some diver I met were only telling good things about it.

We were on KLM Sunshine in 2019. It's not a luxury boat, but I loved it anyway - the crew was amazing and food was good. Trip report here: KLM Sunshine: why we left the boat before the end ...

OP: thanks for sharing your trip! - very interesting to read about new places:-)
