Does anyone know of where I may find a listing of restaurants that have Happy Hour specials and the times they are offered?

My parents live in Sarasota and I know there used to be a number of such specials (and others) targeted at the retired community. I think they mentioned recently that many of them went away as the area became more upscale.

St. Armands circle has a couple of good bars. Dunno about the specials though...
