I am planning to dive on five wrecks this early June 2008. Any info concerning water temp., dive charters, lodging, must see's, etc. would be gladly appreciated. The wrecks are; the Regina, Mary Alice B, Sport, New York, and the North Star. Any comments or experiences? Suggestions will be welcomed. Keep diving, keep training, keep learning!

We went out with Four Fathoms on Capt. Gary Biniecki's boat. Capt. Gary Venet at Rec and Tec is another well liked operation here on the board. You won't go wrong booking with either one.

CamG My Friend,

The water temp. on the Mary Alice B. at 90' was 60 F in mid September. The Sport at 45' was in the low 60s in mid September as well. Both very nice wrecks...

Just kidden! Ha! She did ask about it but she is pretty cool. Coolest was visiting our mutal buddy Jimi last night! Aleesha is now ready to rock! Mask, snorkel, fins, wieght belt, and a cool Henderson 5/3 mm wet suit. I really think she is going to be ready for open water in the spring. I can't believe how fast she is picking up the book material! By the way picked up the Divemaster material...... you are going to go CRAZY! It is awesome what all is in there. I will give you a peak this week end! Untill then be cool say hey to wife and kids. Keep diving, keep training, keep learning.......

I dove the North Star about 4 or 5 years ago around the first of July and the water temp was 42 F. (in a wetsuit) and the Sport was about 55 F.
