I was just there in January 2007 and the scuba shop on the resort grounds was not called Scuba Libre, rather it was called Aqua Inn.

I'm sorry but I do not have any further info like phone number or address......

This was the scuba shop actually on the grounds of the Sandos Playacar resort. I'll include a link to a great picture of the resort. The scuba shop is the building in the far bottom left hand corner of the grounds.

They are REALLY ramping up stock when I was there as the jungle to the left of the resort is under construction for another Sandos resort which will share the scuba shop.
