In Dauin, Negros, Philippines, where I live, a lot of sand divers populate the - unsurprisingly - sand. I wrote a blog post about these fishes.

These are particularly hard to photograph. Only a very very calm approach allows me to get close enough to them to take a good shot. Sand divers seem to have good eye sight and a nervous temper!
