I need some advice on a great dive op for a couple days of diving while staying in San Jose del Cabo in mid November. First time to Cabo.

There's only one dive op in town, East Cape Explorers. (I do believe)

More diving begins out of Cabo San Lucas... down the road a piece.

What experience level of diving are you ready for, and looking for?
This will tailor a better answer to your query.
 
We have a few more than 100 dives, mostly Cozumel Belize and Roatan. We do not have a need to dive deep or fight difficult conditions, although we have done some of both. Just looking for beautiful underwater scenes and life.
