Maybe you should forgot the eccentricity of the pricing system and give Anilao a chance by going with Blue Ribbon

I was at Blue Ribbon last October; there were a couple times when I was the only diver going out and they didn't charge me any extra for that. For night dives, if you're alone, they won't take the boat out and instead dive at the house reef, but it's a good reef and they're up front about it.
