Hi this is sadsam, this is my first posting. All my divving was done in Guam while I was in the Navy. I haven't dived in years so I have no idea what gear is going for now days. But I would like to sell my gear, it was purchased in June of 79 but has been in storage sence 1980. I have a Dacor aluminum 80 tank (blue in color), a Dacor octopus (two regulators with a depth/pressure gage) and a Dacor Seachute BC). My E-mail is sadsam@marktwain.net If anyone is interested and not to far from where I live (north eastern MO. close to Quincy,IL. I could bring the items up for you to look at. Thanks have a great day.

Welcome to SB. As far as your gear goes- if the tank was steel you'd get some money out of it. Aluminum tanks made before 1990 or so would be very hard to get hydro'd in many places. They make nice wind chimes though and scrap value is not too bad.
The DACOR regs are no longer made and parts hard to get. Knockers for the wind chime maybe.
If the BC holds air a vintage diver may find it worth looking at.
