I once did the same, calculated the SAC and then - WOW I don't breath!!!!! :D
Unfortunately when I transfered the data it turned out that average depth was much, much smaller that I thought so the SAC was much bigger...
And then I was not that happy:(
This is why you have to have a complete profile of the dive to be able to calculate the SAC. And if you are thinking about any serious dives it's the knowledge you have to have to plan the gases and the dive.
