Can't claim credit for this, as I "borrowed" it from reader's comments on a blog somewhere ...

For those who use the S90 topside and curse the loose rear control dial, I just tried this little fix and it works pretty well ...

A couple of small strips of electrical tape, with the ends inserted in the gap between the control ring and the case, provide just enough friction to give the ring much better behavior. This should make it much less likely to inadvertently change settings and blow your shot. For the price, definitely worth a try ...
