If the first stage on your right post hasn't failed and is still working properly, even if it's showing some wear on the seat then there would be no need to swap it. The wear you see is still within normal working parameters. As was mentioned in a previous post, you have an almost new first stage on the left post... just in case.
If you're rebuilding them every two years or so then I don't see the need to swap them around.
