Hi,
Diving was less than ok. No fish to speak of. We were booked for 8 dives and only did 4 each....Water was warm *84 at depth. Operator was a cattle boat! Reef is bleached and vis was limited to 20-50 feet depending on the weather.
Loved Cartagena and the quietness of Rosario though.
