Available February to April ... Single months ok. And great for a single person as I always could use a dive buddy. Local neighbor used to run the dive shop and is a wealth of knowledge. He was a champion spear fisherman free diver.
I was going to go skiing in February-April, but have decided to stay in Laguna Beach Ca, .
I live right next to for the best diving coves in Southern California for beach diving
fishermans cove 40 feet from my door
shaws cove 250 feet from my door
divers cove 2 blocks from my door
crescent bay seal Rock , 1/4 mile from my door.
It's like in th magazines , ocean views, ocean deck. Incredible lavishly furnished home with $200,000 theatre system. Chefs kitchen etc.
In the last 45 days I have dove 30 times... Great way to stay fit.
My GF and I have the master bedroom, looking to rent out the two other rooms for 1800 each from Feb 1 -28, and March 1 -31... And possibly longer.
all utilities included. Lobstering si amazingly good off of reef point and little corona, the water is the warmest on record at 67 degrees right now. It won't get much colder as we start to warm up in February when beach furniture goes on sale.
free shuttle stops by the house so no car is needed. Dive shop 60 feet from house, and supermarket, massage yoga, ,Pilates , volleyball etc..
massive ocean deck where everyone who steps out onto it just says "Wow" ( jaws drop)
