Sounds like a good trip , do you need a passport to get back in the US ?

I believe only if your flying, so No, but it will be required eventually for land travel, 1/1/08 last I heard, best to get one now if you don't have one.

if i could only get my open water dives done, i would love to go with you. should have the cert by the end of the month if southwest will let me

I can't make it this weekend,but would be interested in the near future. I have'nt dove Bird Island. Is it a good dive? I also have a brother-in-law that takes his boat out there all the time. I know he would have no problem takeing us across to the Island.
