I found a way to access the rockport wall dive from a public park along the river. The hard part is scaling the steep slope in your doubles....
See the attached satellite view showing the route you can take. That wall goes down to 260ft deep!!
Parts of the wall look natural and like they've been forming for a long time, while other parts have what looks like cut stone or blasted stone all over them. There were places with bedding planes where the crevices into the wall seemed to go in at least 20 or 30ft, it was really interesting to see.
There are lots of boats there, so only do this in the off season or when there are no boats.
Some stats: about 800meters each way, 50 minutes each way, about 90cf each way, at constant depth of 45ft.
