Roatan weather - Late February?

I am thinking of a trip to Roatan in late February - perhaps President's day week. Last year I went in late march and the weather was perfect - rain only one day.
How is the weather in February? Does it matter what part of the island we stay on as far as weather is concerned?

Februaray is coming out of rainy season, weather is generally OK, but you can certainly be unlucky at that time of year. It really does make a difference between the beginning and the end of the month as it is the month of change.
