Can't speak to the manta Ray's. Have the rk3 hd. Great all around fin. Comfortable foot pocket for my rather large feet. Stiff enough, but good enough for finesse situations. Solid in frog kick, helicopter turns, and helped with my lame back kick. Light enough to help my sinking feet issue. Good in current. Best fins for me so far, 4 sets of fins in.
