When I rinse the bladder of my Zeagle using the hose fitting do I need to hold one of the dump valves open to prevent it from blowing out?

You shouldn't need to unless your pressure is ridiculously high.

Just keep the flow at a reasonable rate.

The dumps will open on their own.

mmmhmmm what Gibby said

The valves open one their own, but after the bladder is full on my Escape I like to open the two valves manually to makes sure they're flushed out. There are some springy things in there that need flushing.
