I saw it coming about the time he posted a thread about his 300ft dive.

Just thought the world should know. :rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:
Do you see me with one of those things??! Any pictures with me risking my life on one of those death bags in any of my photos?? And exactly what do you see me wearing in my avatar picture, huh?? That is an OPEN CIRCUIT rig.

I've been GUE trained ya know.

Look, just because someone posted something somewhere on another forum... I mean, anyone can sign up using my name and post anything they like! There is no proof. The internet is a fiction machine.

So, all you gossip mongers, rumor propagators, and wizards of untruth can just keep your traps shut!

Oh, and BTW, I got a good lead on an Inspo yesterday with Hammerhead electronics at a good price. I'd fly it mCCR of course...

Yes!!!!!!!! And I have this feeling that prices are not going to get better.

Figuring the cost of the CCR, training, upgrades, cat litter, I should break even on HE cost in the year 2230. :D

I made the switch to my Inspiration RB a year ago. Just love diving it, as a long time OC diver the learning curve was steeper then I would of thought. But worth the effort, and I would never go back.
Cost can be on the high side, no doubt about it. For the first six months or so, seemed there was always something else I just had to have. Still don't have everything, but things like a booster can wait for the time being.
I do my own fills at home, still Helium's not cheap. This is one place the RB really shines. I dive 10/50 for most everything, 1500-1600psi of He in my dil bottle top up with air and wallah 10/50.
I just checked fill express website and the charge $7.50 for a dil fill. What would a set of 95's pumped to 3000 be?
May never be able to off set the start up cost, but helps a little in justifying the move.

Al
