Here is a report I wrote up on the trip I took in Oct. 2001. We did not have very good luck. Others I know who have used this charter have seen all kinds of stuff on these trips -- lots of sharks (mainly Blues with occasional Makos), Atlantic white-sided dolphins, basking sharks, etc. It's hit or miss...and a long trip, since you typically motor out to a spot 35-40 miles off the RI coast.

You need to find a boat that will go out during the Oak Bluffs Monster Shark Tournament (July). Imagine a 10 square mile area filled with the chumslick of a hundred boats. You'll find sharks!
