Returning to diving

Just found this forum and it seems GREAT!! Stopped diving about 20 years ago (even though I loved it). My wife decided she wanted to get into it, so we took cert class together. Yes, I did go through the entire cert process again. I figured that it would be the best way to go so that we would have the same info and I would be updated on any new technologies and techniques. Glad to be back underwater.

Hello Dott,

Welcome to SubaBoard! If you're ever down my way, PM me and we'll do a dive. My wife decided we should get certified before a Hawaii trip recently and we haven't stopped diving since! I figured I was a little old to start at 43, but it's making me feel young again. I think you'll find lots of good information and buddies to dive with here, so welcome aboard!

Welcome to the board. It is great when you and your spouse have something you can do together. I introduced my wife to diving and now she is going to be an instructor.... Go figure. It is great....
