I am planning a dive trip to Belize, I have a choice of the Royal Palm Beach Club or the Villas at Banyan Bay for my resorts. Has anyone stayed at either and how would you rate them?

Banyan Bay is a first class operation, they have a restaurant, and pool right on site. Can't say anything negative about royal palm as i have not stayed there, but from driving by it looks very tired.
Please note all the dive centers will pick you up at either dock.

I had a friend who lived at Banyan Bay. Nice apartments. Nice Pool and a pier and dive shop (used to be anyway) Far enough from the hustle and bustle of town but near enough to get to the restuarants or shopping etc.
