Anyone out there with an unwanted and/or non-functional Olympus C5000Z?
There is a Filipino Divemaster here in Alona that purchased a used Oly C5000Z and Oly housing from a tourist. After two months the monitor failed leaving only a large burned appearing circle in the center. Olympus, Philippines does not have a monitor replacement nor can they get one.
If anyone has an Oly C5000Z they don't want or one that doesn't work, excepting the monitor, please PM me and perhaps I can help this guy out since Pesos don't come easy for locals. I'm thinking if I can get the camera sent here then he can send it to Cebu along with his and get the monitor replaced.
