Replacing boots on a Dry Suite

I was so nice to have someone give me a Northern Divers Dry suite in the past. The suite fits great but the boots are two sizes to big. I live in Asia and I can not find anyplace around that can change the boots for me. IfI bought a pair of smaller boots is it possible to change the boots myself? If there is a chance of screwing it up I will waite but if not to difficult I will try to do it myself.
