Looking for a source for rubber knobs to replace the small slick hard plastic knobs on the 200 bar Dive Rite isolation manifolds currently in use on my doubles.

Learning valves drills with dry gloves in cold water is proving to be a real treat and I need every advantage I can muster.

thanks,
wb

The rubber knobs that come on the SeaElite (Halcyon) manifold are Sherwood knobs. I just get mine from the LDS that carries Sherwood (Genesis) products.

i got mine ( i walked into the store) from diversdiscount.com. There tech is servicing my manifold and showed me the sherwood knobs. I asked him to replace mine with the sherwood ones he showed me.

They're only a couple bucks, is it really worth it to go mailorder? I used the purchase of mine to make sure my friendly LDS sees me spending money in their store from time to time. :)

I understand where you're coming from, but it's not that straightforward and there are other motivations involved. LDS doesn't handle Sherwood.

Maybe you could get ahold of some for me and I'll just FOB from COS ...but only if you toss in some Beau Jo's for me ;-)

Yup they are the only way to go they are about 4 bucks and 5 min of your time.. Check your valve stems when you change them two of mine were slightly bent!!:D

also make sure they have the METAL inserts in them. Some Genesis knobs have plastic inserts and those are worse than your original "slick" knobs. They look identical on the outside to the correct ones! I had a relatively new Genesis iso manifold that had those knobs so be carefull and check before you buy.
