guys its a bloody nose . if its persistant or has a strong flow its a problem then by all means call DAN . poeple can have blood vessels in their nose if the vessels are disturbed they can bleed easily .

the sinsus have a mucus build up and when they clear whilst decompressing they can have a blood content .

as i said its not serious unless its persistant or a strong flow . (or if its painfull )
 
I was out of town and just got back, thanks for all the posts. I've not seen a doctor yet due to a poor insurance program and no recurring problems, but I now have a wealth of information to go on. The first thing that I found was a name for this common problem called barotrauma, so if you experience the same thing google that term. I feel as if taking it very slow the next time I dive and staying super hydrated will help this problem. From all my research this seems to be a very common problem so I'm not too worried about it, however I know it's not something to scoff at. Safe diving everyone.
