Repackable filter for Bauer Jr II

I need to find a re-packable filter cartridge for a Bauer Jr II.
Standard filter stack.
Any one know where to get one of these?

I used to repack the standard plastic cartridges. You can used each 3-4 times before they break.

There's a twin Bauer stack on Ebay now with Bauer refilable aluminum filters.
